Supermeal is a must in our home!

Look at all the macros *heart eyes*

i ordered this protein before the power shake because of the protein, fibre and iron content and i really enjoy it. The taste is nice and mixing it with the power shake is even tastier. while it provides a meals-worth of micros/macros, i did feel hungry so would mix it with a smoothie or have fruit after it sat for a while.

Deeply nourished feeling

My body has been calling for more adaptations and this was it. I love that it’s got the sprouted grains and I have even made it was as the cold mornings are creeping back in. I love how the original flavor mix’s so well with other shakes and greens, too.
