10-day-transformation-cleansing

(I’ve been with Purium since 2013 and Purium has been my lifestyle since!) Some of my friends and family takes some encouragement but I never push them to do it; the results show themselves.

Just so you know – Back to back cleanses ROCK!

My girlfriend, her sister and I did it.

My girlfriend’s sister was talking about doing something to lose weight and asked us for help. My gf tried to talk her out of it – do a different program (didn’t fully believe in this program). I told both do what you think would help you. Well, her sister figured it would be a great jump start to cleanse the body. So to support her and we all did it.

We all felt better and they wanted to do it AGAIN. So I had to buy another power shake and aminos. We had one week break before products came in and we were on it again.

“Nat” lost 16 lbs.
“Julie” lost about 10-12 lbs. If anything you can see how the fat melted off of her body! She looks waaay skinnier and her shorts look like she’s swimming in them!
I lost about 8-10 lbs and feel so much better!

We ALL feel better and making better choices on what to eat!

Drinks taste good! Not too hungry throughout the day.

My body really needed this. The first few days were tough, but I’m glad I did it. I only lost four pounds, but feeling better.

This has been an amazing ten days. 13 unneeded pounds lost. I never felt uncomfortable or hungry the entire time. Between the shakes and the flex foods I felt satisfied…no carvings.

Hint: Use coconut beverage with no sugar for the shakes. Really good!

This is the second time I’ve done this cleanse and I just love it each time. I feel my energy really start to rise around day 5, excess weight easily comes, and I feel light and alert. I recommend this reset to everyone I know because it packs your body full of nutrients as opposed to depriving yourself of food.
