Since I’ve been taking this product (for several months now), I’ve been able to fall asleep much faster and stay asleep too. I believe it has also helped me with me grinding my teeth at night. I don’t wake up with a sore jaw anymore.

First off, I love that these are vegetarian capsules. It’s hard to find them for a decent price. I also love that I can take them every night and they still work, unlike with over the counter medications. They really do make a difference for how fast I am able to fall asleep. Without them I lay in bed for hours, but these after an hour or so really do their job. My mind relaxes and I fall asleep so much easier! Will definitely purchase again.

My go-to is ApotheCherry but BioRelax is convenient to take along with me when I travel. Bio Relax definitely puts me to sleep. But I don’t sleep through the night like I do with ApotheCherry.
