I needed something to replace gatorade (or electrolit in mexico). it arrived in 4 small packages, all very hard, so i was told to put it in the freezer to harden more. the next day i blitzed it in the spice grinder (not long cause i didnt want to heat it) and it was back to a perfect powder. it tastes so nice with water or adding it to a shake. i notice when i take it before bed i dont wake up as dehydrated but i do wish the packages lasted a full 30 days like some of the other products and i wish it came all in one cause it would be easier to break up or scrape from the sides

I couldn’t pull off farming my 1/3 acre in the hot dry summers if it weren’t for my coco hydrate!!! So appreciate the repair it dies to my system! Just wish it came in larger countainers as I fly through my orders in the summer months!

Coco hydrate is good to replenish your electrolytes & stay hydrated. The taste is good too. Living in Florida we sweat alot so this is better for you than any sports drink.
