TMI, sorry, but it needs to be said. I live in mexico and eating leafy greens or other fibrous foods likes chia seeds does NOT help me stay regular. it’s like the produce is void of the essential nutrients we require. i didnt have this irregularity problem back in canada but then again i didnt work from home back there and canada sprays everything with roundup and apparently mex has turned the other way against monsanto so who knows… but i love this product. who am i kidding, i love so many of puriums products.

My husband and I noticed a difference when drinking the Caramel Apple Fiber. Without it our digestive system is slower and with it is easier to move things. I put it to the test and ran out. We both noticed a shift that we decided it is going with us everywhere. We took it to France, Switzerland, the British Isles over the last 2 years. It is most enjoyed here at home in America. We also love the Power Shake!
