I have a very unpredictable intolerance for some dairy products – something I do not consume frequently, but enjoy when I do. The occasional intolerance is extremely uncomfortable but very infrequent, and it is hard to predict when it will occur or with what products. This Enzyme Advantage has been a lifesaver, especially when traveling or attending festivities where it is less easy or desirable to avoid dairy 100%. I am now living in a European country that incorporates a significant amount of high-quality dairy into its cultural foods, and while I trust that the dairy is of reasonable quality, I am so happy to have this product with me. I take it a few times a week at most and have not had any bloating, gas, or indigestion from the local cheese, milk, or desserts.
These arrived right before all the holiday gatherings and meals, and did they ever help!
