Even though I’m a very mature lady, not a kiddo other than at heart, this product has helped me to get focused and stay focused. Especially after having C 1 9 2 years in a row – my concentration had gotten poorer. And my mental fatigued also seemed to worsen. But this product helps with virtually no know side effects. (other than possible a slight increase in appetite) I use a childs dose, as I do not want to increase my appetite. Incidentally in addition to a over all healthy lifesyle, definetly avoiding refined fooods, Im getting my powers of concentration back. Thank you Dave & Amy!
