i ordered this protein before the power shake because of the protein, fibre and iron content and i really enjoy it. The taste is nice and mixing it with the power shake is even tastier. while it provides a meals-worth of micros/macros, i did feel hungry so would mix it with a smoothie or have fruit after it sat for a while.
